Yessian Adds Sound Designer/Engineer Weston Fonger

Music/sound design/licensing house Yessian (NYC) announced that it has added Sound Designer/Engineer Weston Fonger to its roster.

Yessian has been joined by Engineer/Sound Designer Weston Fonger.

Fonger’s credits as a mixer/sound designer include Coca Cola, DirecTV, Mitsubishi, Suzuki, Colgate and Lexus. In addition, his spots for Carmax and Hyundai aired during the 2011 Super Bowl.

Fonger’s career began in NYC at Howard Schwartz Recording (HSRNY) assisting automated dialogue replacement (ADR) sessions on projects like The Simpsons and X-Men: The Last Stand. He also worked as a mixer/sound designer for nearly five years at audioEngine (NYC), for clients such as HBO, Sony, Converse, Revlon and Visa.

Long-format credits on Fonger’s reel include animation films for Academy Award-nominated animator Bill Plympton, several TV pilots for comedian Dave Attell, Brian Iglesias’ documentary film Chosin, the feature film Aardvark by director Kitao Sakurai and a film about R&B artist Maxwell titled Five days of Black. In addition, Fonger did the mix and sound design for Green by Sophia Takal, a 74-minute drama recognized with awards at this year’s SXSW.
