Producer/engineer Paul Kolderie (Radiohead, Pixies, Portugal. The Man) recently recorded a project with the band Wayside Shrines at Vinegar Hill Sound in DUMBO.

Wayside Shrines is an eight-piece international band featuring Nigel Smith, Chris Harford, Ila Couch, Noriko Manabe, Ray Kubian, Tim Chaston, Kate Neal, and Paul Muldoon, Irish poet and New Yorker poetry editor who writes the band’s lyrics, plays guitar and sings.

Foy Vance, a guitarist/singer from Belfast, tracked a pair of songs with Jesse Lauter (The Low Anthem, The Woes) as producer and engineer; up-and-coming artist Keith Polasko – with a band that includes Durijah Lang (Glassjaw) on drums and Craig Polasko (Bublé Band) on bass – tracking and mixing an album with Reed Black producing/engineering; and studio owner/guitarist Justin King producing and engineering records for Leo London, singer/songwriter Rory Sullivan and David Pearsall.
