Plugin Developer u-he Releases Uhbik-A Rack Extension for Reason

In case you haven’t already heard, Propellerhead has recently opened up its doors to third-party developers for the purpose of developing “Rack Extension (Re)” plugins that are designed to work specifically within Reason’s workflow.

Uhbik-A is ready for knob-twiddling.

The plugin developer u-he (popular for their Zebra synth) jumped at this opportunity and recently released their Uhbik-A ambient processor. This Rack Extension is available now at the Propellerhead Shop for an introductory price of $19 until September 30th, at which pint it will then be available for $39.

Here’s what u-he says about their first Re:

“The reverb from u-he’s popular Uhbik line poses a very unusual combination of early reflections with different plate algorithms.

While most of the other effects in the Uhbik family are geared towards the more synthetic, radical effects, Uhbik-A is the master of understatement. Great reverb is seldom conspicuous, but if itʼs not there, something is missing from the sound.”
