Primary Wave Music & BMG Enter Into $150 Million Strategic Alliance

One of NYC’s fastest-growing forces in music rights management, Primary Wave Music, has entered into a joint venture with BMG to the tune of $150 million. The deal will focus on new recordings by artists who have already established a successful track record.
