Event Alert: Just Managing’s CMJ Artist Lounge at Mission Sound (10/17)

Awesome event alert: At the crossroads of CMJ and AES next week, Just Managing is putting on their annual “Artist Lounge” recording event at Mission Sound in Williamsburg, co-sponsored by SoundToys, Insound, Brooklyn Brewery and SonicScoop. It’s happening on Thursday, October 17 and runs from 11AM well into the evening.

As usual, it’ll be 8 bands in 8 hours. Engineers Matt Shane and Hector Castillo will be at the controls of Mission’s vintage Neve console. Check out who’s playing (recording):

Held in past years at Stratosphere (RIP), the Artist Lounge is a fun day of music, recording nerdery, drinks, and meeting up with new/old music and recording industry friends.
