iZotope Releases RX 4 and RX 4 Advanced — Audio Repair and Enhancement Toolkit

Recent recipient of an Emmy for RX, their flagship audio repair and enhancement software, iZotope now brings to us their fourth edition. Along with being able to already handle problems like noise, distortion and inconsistent recording volume, RX 4 introduces visual editing tools to spectrogram view with Spectral Repair.

Dialogue Denoiser (now a standard feature for RX 4 and Advanced), provides quick, real-time noise removal from dialogue recordings. The audio software also provides quick and easy ways to create naturally sounding transitions – even if they are from different sources. RX 4 has a lot to offer, including mastering-specific tools in RX 4 Advanced.
