The Polish developers PSP Audioware have just launched PSP MasterComp V1.8.0, a nifty little update of their flagship mastering compressor plugin.

There are multiple changes, but the most notable new features are that the plugin now has a Channel Selector to allow processing of a selected channel only: Left, Right, Mid or Side.

In addition, it also sports a new, simpler-than-ever license file-based authorization system.

The update is free to registered users. If you’re buying for the first time, PSP MasterComp can currently be had for $249.
