NYC Event: “Who You Gonna Call? The Tech Experts” — March 5th, Presented by the Society of Composers & Lyricists NY

Calling all composers in the trenches! Here’s an extra dose of survival skills.

The Society of Composers and Lyricists (SCL) will be hosting a panel, “Who You Gonna Call? The Tech Experts” on March 5th about what to do when things go wrong in the live and studio environment, and how maximizing awareness of personal rig tech can better prepare us for the inevitable.

Thor Jonsson and Andrea Pejrolo will demonstrate how rig knowledge, sprinkled with a few tips and tricks can result in successful audio sessions. The panel will also discuss portable rigs and the tools and techniques for multitrack recording, mixing and production using only an iPad.

The event is free for all SCL members, $35 for non-members and guests of members, $20 for non-member college students with valid student ID. Visit here to register.
