DigiTech Launches HD Audio Streaming From RP Multi-Effect Pedals to Apple iPad

DigiTech announced that it is now offering compatibility of its RP multi-effects pedals with the iPad, following the launch of Apple’s iPad2  and GarageBand for iPad, a new tablet version of the popular program.

The RP155 and many other DigiTech pedals are now compatible with the iPad.

As a result, guitar players will now have the ability to stream, record, and play back high definition audio tracks from their own instruments through DigiTech RP multi-effect pedals to an iPad. The HD audio streaming capability of RP multi-effect pedals allows players to take further advantage of the increasing number of applications for musicians available from the Apple App Store.

There are six different models of DigiTech multi-effect pedals with direct streaming, recording, and playback capability with the Apple iPad. They include the RP155, RP255, RP355, BP355, RP500, and RP1000. Each model offers guitar and bass players a different range of capabilities and features starting at $99.95.

The iPad: Mozart would have just loved this thing.
