Sound Radix Releases 32 Lives Application – 32-Bit to 64-Bit Audio Unit Plug-In Adapter

Conversion virgins rejoice!

Sound Radix is a company focused on producing products that can accomplish tasks previously unavailable in the analog realm. Their release of 32 Lives is a testament to their design philosophy. Like many users out there, Sound Radix realizes that a decent amount of 32-bit AU plugins do not have a 64-bit counterpart.

Being a 64-bit only DAW, the release of Apple Logic Pro X might have delayed users from upgrading or prevented existing users from completely accessing old sessions or plugins due to the lack of 32-bit support. With 32 Lives, issues such as these are no longer a road block.

User can now convert 32-bit AU plugins to 64-bit AU plugins.

32 Lives is currently in open beta and is available now for $69 (instead of $99) for the duration of the pre-release beta stage. The application is also Mac-Intel only, requiring OS 10.7 or higher.
