PMC To Launch IB1S-AIII ‘Activated’ Reference Monitor at NAMM 2016

PMC is set to launch their new reference monitors at NAMM 2016 in Anaheim, CA from January 21st – 24th.

Powerful monitors with extra attention on the low end.

Powerful monitors with extra attention on the low end.

The three-way, 400w monitors are ideal for small- to medium-sized control rooms. The wide stereo field exhibits accurate dynamics regardless of monitoring level – low end response is handled by PMC’s 10″ carbon fibre and Nomex™ LF piston driver teamed with the company’s unique ATL™ (Advanced Transmission Line) bass-loading technology.

A hand built 25dB per octave crossover ensures low coloration of the stereo image, and optimal frequency range of each driver on the IB1S-AIII.

Design of the PMC ensures a fatigue free experience with no compression across the frequency spectrum.

The IB1S-AIII is also available in a horizontal format identified as the IB1S-C-AIII. This version is ideal when low profile solutions are required, either as a center channel in multichannel systems, or in other height restricted locations.

Pricing TBA. For more information check out PMC’s at NAMM 2015, Booth 6598 (Hall A).
