Tegeler Audio Manufaktur releases Schwerkraftmaschine, a unique stereo compressor with remote control and emulation capabilities.

Built on an analog tube signal path and remote-controllable by plug-in, this unique compressor allows both classic and new compression combinations.

The Schwerkraftmaschine can be remotely controlled via a plug-in (AU, VST, AAX) allowing all settings to be saved in the DAW. The hardware unit is equipped with servomotors so that the controls match the plug-in settings at all times. Users can recall their favorite settings with presets and can even automate the analog parameters, allowing for different settings within various parts of a track. The side-chain is replaced with a chip that calculates the compression and enables it to emulate nearly any type of compressor on the market.

Dynaudio reveals their new M5P Evidence mastering monitor.

The M5P is the first studio monitor to feature Dynaudio Directivity Control, a technology that utilizes a symmetrical drive unit array and an elaborate crossover topology to control sound radiation.

The M5P Evidence monitor is a passive floor-standing studio monitor specifically designed for mastering applications. It has been derived from the Evidence Platinum High-End speaker and is the first studio monitor to feature Dynaudio Directivity Control (DDC) which reduces reflections from floors and ceilings.

The M5P Evidence will be built to custom order by hand in Denmark.
