Audio Post Production Facility Available – Buyout or Sublease in NYC’s Film Center Building

Last year we covered music house Explosion Robinson with our first-ever “Tiny Lockers: 10 Microphones or Less” article. Now, they’ve got something else to share: The composer/mixers’ 1,000 sq. ft. audio production facility located in Hell’s Kitchen’s landmark Film Center Building, is available for buyout or sublease starting September 1st, 2017.

Explosion Robinson originally built out the space in the Fall of 2006, then opened for business in January, 2007 after three months of construction and wiring. Sam Berkow of SIA acoustics designed Studio A, while Frank Comentale designed Studio B. Now, the ER team is headed to a new studio they’re constructing in a building they’ve purchased in Bushwick, Brooklyn, with the design once again by Frank Commentale.
